About Fitness Trainers

Coach: Eric Williams

Hello, my name is Eric. I have lived in Florida for my entire life, with the exception of 10 short months in Nashville. My family and I just recently moved to Ormond Beach.

As a young adult my main occupation was installing pool enclosures. It was at that job that I had an accident that caused me to break both of my heels. The damage that was caused by the fall required me to go through physical therapy and personal training. I soon realized I did not want to work outside anymore. So, I made a decision to get my life back together and to stop working so hard with my hands.

It was at this time in my life that I became exposed to the world of fitness. I quickly developed a passion for health and fitness. I truly love this industry. I have so much to show you and so much more to learn. I would like to thank each and every one of you for giving me time to guide you through your fitness journey. Fitness is like anything, you get out what you put into it, but together we will make it through the process.

My goal is to share my passion of fitness with you so you will want to make this a lifestyle. The benefits of health and fitness are amazing. Many times, you can get more from it than medicine that a doctor can prescribe.

Megan Williams

Hello, my name is Megan. For the last 10 years I have worked as a cardiovascular sonographer. I have seen first-hand the effects that a bad lifestyle can have on the body and the heart.

Though I have been active all my life with dancing competitive in high school, it was not until my husband introduced me to a life of fitness that I began to develop a passion. This passion led me to get my personal trainer certification and I am currently working on finishing my BS in Health Coaching.

As a working mother of 2 young boys, I truly understand the difficulty of trying to squeeze in a workout amongst all your other obligations. I want to guide you through your workout and show you the importance of taking at least 15–30 minutes, two times a week, to make yourself stronger for you and your family.
