And because everyone has their own goals for health, we offer many personal training classes. Each one is a fit for a different goal.

Group Personal Training for Grown Ups

This is for our 55+ clients. So in this class we focus is on mobility, balance, and core strength. As a result, each class improves your stamina and balance. That’s because that is the key to enjoying your day to day life. We go through each motion and explain the goal and purpose. We will adjust and make changes for every fitness level in the class. That means no matter what level you are at, the exercise will improve your health without being too hard.

Strength & Conditioning Classes: (Volume, Strength, Power)

Volume – This class is all about VOLUME. So high reps, low weight and less rest time are key in this class. This class improves your cardio fitness. So agility, speed and performance will improve in all other parts of your life. If weight loss is your goal this is the class for you. That’s because this class burns calories! And will also lead to a higher metabolism that will follow you around the rest of the day. All fitness levels are welcome and every exercise will be adjusted to fit your level.

Strength – Our goal with this class is STRENGTH. It is the opposite of Volume. That’s because Strength has high weight and low rep counts. We focus on contracting the muscle, tempo & speed. If you like to pick up heavy weights this class is a great pick for you. All fitness levels are welcome and we adjust every exercise to fit your fitness levels.

Power – This class focuses on Power. It is a combo of the two classes above. So it is high reps and high weight. We focus on how fast you can move a heavier weight. Only with good form and technique though. Because we welcome all fitness levels, every exercise will be made to fit the fitness levels of each person in the class.
